I'm a disruptive knowledge activist who supports master and doctoral learners, budding entrepreneurs, and buddy authors and writers.

He has coached and mentored emergent professional and academic authors, founders of small start-ups, as well as executives and managers. Michael’s coaching and mentoring of learners span many institutions, from McGill University, Kent State University, Westminster College, Salt Lake City Community College, Prescott College, Grand Canyon University, Northwest Nazarene University, Universidade Estadual Paulista (Marília, São Paulo, Brazil), Indiana University, Anaheim University, Texas A&M University, Mohave Community College, and Boise State University. His coachees included faculty members and new authors who became increasingly engaged and committed to developing their professional “self” and the intrinsic “entrepreneurial spirit” necessary to succeed in our complex world of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity.
